An August 2026 reviewer praises a wide selection of brand-new machines, while another from the same month objects to yoga being cut from seven days to three without consulting members. A September 2025 reviewer describes a staff member following them around, including into the locker room, and says management took no action after repeated complaints. All the evidence concerns membership rather than visitor entry, and no rate was captured. Weigh that account carefully.
