Muscle Factory is described in reviews from September 2023 through May 2026 as a well-equipped gym near the NPPF colony with machines for strength, conditioning and functional work and experienced instructors, and one reviewer notes it is close to Amankora. None of the eight reviews gives a price, a day pass or visitor terms, and there is no website. Ask at the gym whether a single session can be bought.
