Almurbati Gym is on the Manama map, but no traveller has confirmed yet whether it sells a day pass to visitors, or what it costs.
A 2 Jun 2024 reviewer calls Almurbati the best gym in Bahrain, open 24 hours with a really good price, a steam room, sauna and most machines, and a 10 Mar 2025 reviewer adds a large locker room and prayer room but says the showers smell. No amount or day pass is stated and there is no website. Ask at the desk.
