Tbilisi Gym Day Passes: Where to Train, Prices and Tips for Tourists

By Daily Sweat8 min read

You’re in Tbilisi for a week of khachapuri and wine, or a month of remote work, and you want to keep training. Tbilisi gyms sell single visits at the desk, and the range is wide: from ₾7 (lari) at an old-school iron gym to ₾85 at a full-service club with towels included.

Quick answer

Tourists can buy a gym day pass in Tbilisi: as of October 2026, Daily Sweat lists 24 Tbilisi gyms with one, and the 16 with a known price charge from ₾7 to ₾200, with ₾20 the typical price. You buy at the front desk at 23 of the 24. The catch: pack clean indoor shoes — five listings require them — and note that the cheapest gym has no shower at all.

Below: eight gyms worth the trip, then which ones are near where you’re staying, what passes cost, how buying works, and when a weekly pass beats paying by the day. For every listing, see every Tbilisi gym with a day pass or the map, or start from the Georgia page.

Eight Tbilisi gyms worth the trip

Seven run from ₾7 to ₾55 — ₾7–₾15 neighbourhood gyms, a ₾25 mid-range and ₾50–₾55 clubs with saunas and classes — plus a pool club that sells single visits on request. Each gym’s card shows the listing’s current price and when it was last checked.

Tamarashvili 13o (its Hippodrome branch), lets non-members buy a single visit (ერთჯერადი ვიზიტი) or a 7-day “Fitness week”, according to the operator’s FAQ read in September 2026; a July 2026 review describes a gym, pool, jacuzzi and hammam. Hours are 7am–11pm on weekdays and 9am–10pm at weekends (official site). The Vazha-Pshavela Avenue branch sells one-off visits too, which a May 2026 reviewer called “still pricey” (Prime Fit chain page).

Before you go: ask the single-visit price before you change; it isn’t published.

Where to train, by neighbourhood

A ₾7 pass with no shower may cost you more time than a ₾25 pass with one, so start from where you’re staying. The Tbilisi gym map shows every listing by location.

  • Sololaki and the old town: a gym listed simply as GYM, at 50 Lado Asatiani Street, sells pay-per-visit entry, price not stated; a June 2026 traveller called it “good for travel”, and a July 2026 review notes dumbbells to 50 kg.
  • Davit Aghmashenebeli Avenue: Urban Garden (₾25) and Champions Academy (₾50).
  • Saburtalo: Valhalla (₾15) and Oktopus City Mall (₾55).
  • Vake: სათივე (Sative Space), a gym with coworking and classes, offers 50% off your first visit, booked by message; the day price isn’t published.
  • Hippodrome and Vazha-Pshavela Avenue: the two Prime Fitness & Spa clubs, with pools.

Of the 24 listings, Daily Sweat records showers at 12, free weights at 10, a sauna at 8 and a pool at 4; a blank means unconfirmed, not missing, and one listing says there is no shower (Old School Gym). The pools are at the two Prime Fitness & Spa clubs, Fit Club by ARTHOUSE and Axis Towers, none of which publishes a current day price. Short on time? How much does a gym day pass cost in Tbilisi?

A gym day pass in Tbilisi costs ₾7 to ₾200, typically ₾20, as of October 2026. Of the 24 gyms listed, 16 have a known price, in three tiers:

The ₾200 top of the range is indirect: in a November 2023 review, a member of the Axis Towers Wellness Center, a hotel wellness centre with a pool, sauna and hammam, imagined buying “a daily pass for 200 gel”. Ask before relying on it.

Each gym’s page shows where its price came from and when it was last checked — confirm before you travel, as several prices are a year or more old.

Buying a pass: what to know

Walk in and pay at the desk

Twenty-three of the 24 listings sell at the front desk. Carry lari in cash plus a card, and your passport: at GYM on Lado Asatiani Street, 2026 reviewers say you need a physical passport on your first visit. Check today’s hours — Old School Gym closes at 4pm on Sundays, and “late” isn’t always 24/7: Snap Fitness is open until 1am, not around the clock, and WORLDFITNESS and Oktopus City Mall are the two 24-hour listings.

Fitpass is not a day pass

Some gyms take Fitpass, a multi-gym subscription: Absolute Gym is on it, and Mamber Fitness accepted it for one reviewer but refused it for another in June 2026. Don’t count on it as a day pass.

What the pass leaves out

Five listings require clean indoor shoes: Urban Garden, Fitness Plaza, World Class Georgia and both Power Max gyms, whose own site says to “bring a pair of clean shoes you can wear in” — and to bring your own towel. World Class Georgia includes towels and Oktopus lists them. Showers aren’t a given either: Old School Gym has none, and WORLDFITNESS’s need repair. Pack a towel, training shoes and a clean indoor pair; see also our carry-on gym packing list and how to find a gym day pass while travelling.

One message settles most of it

Hello, I’m visiting Tbilisi and would like to train today. Can I buy a single visit, how much is it, and do I need indoor shoes?
ერთჯერადი ვიზიტი (ertjeradi viziti) “single visit”

Day pass or weekly pass?

For a longer stay, three short-term passes are on record:

  • Fitness Plaza: ₾40 a week in an older review, against ₾20 a day, so it pays off from your third visit.
  • Champions Academy: ₾110 a week against ₾50 a day, also cheaper from your third visit.
  • Urban Garden: ₾90 for two weeks against ₾25 a day, cheaper from your fourth visit.

Prime Fitness & Spa also sells a 7-day “Fitness week”, price not published. Staying a month? Monthly rates are low: ₾70 at Old School Gym and ₾60 at Fitness House. Our day, weekly and monthly pass guide does the maths.

Find a Tbilisi gym that fits your trip

Daily Sweat keeps every Tbilisi gym with a confirmed day pass on one page, with the price, how to buy, opening hours and facilities for each. Start with the Tbilisi gym list to filter by facility, or open the map to see what is near your hotel, then confirm visitor hours and ID rules with the gym before you set off.

Search a city and use the map to find convenient options. Where available, listings show day-pass and weekly prices, how to buy access, facilities, opening hours, photos, and visitor notes. You can compare nearby alternatives and use website or map links to plan your visit. Chain pages show every branch of a brand with a confirmed pass, and day pass prices compares typical costs by country and city.

Daily Sweat is free to browse, and you don’t need an account to search. It’s a directory: you buy access through the gym or the booking option described in its listing.

Some details will still need checking, particularly when a price is missing or your visit depends on a specific facility. Traveller contributions and corrections help keep the information useful.

The aim is simple: spend less time figuring out where you can train, and more time enjoying the place you came to visit.
