Paris Gym Day Passes: Where to Train, Prices and Tips for Tourists

Yazan: Daily Sweat9 dk okuma

Your Paris hotel’s “fitness room” is a single treadmill, or there isn’t one at all, and you want a proper session before the museums open. You don’t need a French gym membership to get one.

Quick answer

Yes: 57 Paris gyms on Daily Sweat sell a day pass, typically for €15. The 41 with a listed price charge €9.99–€50 as of September 2026 (€15 is roughly US$17 at September 2026 exchange rates). Most sell it at the front desk (43 of the 57); the exception that catches visitors out is Basic-Fit, whose 14 clubs sell it through an orange kiosk at the entrance that takes a debit card.

Below: seven gyms worth the trip, then which ones are near your hotel, what passes cost, how buying works, and when a weekly pass beats paying by the day. For every listing, see every Paris gym with a day pass or the map, or the France page if you’re travelling further.

Seven Paris gyms worth the trip

Chains dominate — Basic-Fit (14 clubs), Neoness (13) and Fitness Park (8) lead the list — and the picks run from a €9.99 trial session to a €50 wellness club, across the neighbourhoods visitors tend to stay in. Each gym’s card shows the listing’s current price and when it was last checked.

1. L’Appart Fitness — €9.99, sold as a trial

  1. L'Appart Fitness - salle de sport Paris 11 BastilleL'Appart Fitness13 Rue Daval, Paris9.99 EUR day passFree weightsChecked Sep 2026€9.99 a session near Bastille, the cheapest in Paris, though it’s sold as a trial.

L’Appart Fitness charges €9.99 for a session, paid at the front desk, at L’Appart Fitness Bastille on Rue Daval and its Jules Joffrin club on Rue des Cloys. Its website FAQ says you can test any club this way and the €9.99 is refunded if you then join, so treat it as a paid trial, not a tourist pass. Both clubs list 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM daily and have free weights; Rue des Cloys also has showers (official site; chain page).

Before you go: as it’s a trial offer, ask whether you can buy a second session before relying on it.

2. Basic-Fit — €11.99 from the kiosk

  1. Basic-FitBasic-Fit84 Av. des Champs-Élysées, Paris11.99 EUR day passChecked Jul 2026€11.99 by debit card at the kiosk, at 14 Paris clubs.

The standard €11.99 day pass may vary slightly by club, and you buy it with a debit card at the orange kiosk at the club entrance. The 14 Paris clubs run from the Galerie des Champs on the Champs-Élysées to Boulevard du Montparnasse, with Rue de la Chaussée d’Antin and Rue du Vieux Colombier among the central ones. Most list 6:00 AM – 10:30 PM on weekdays and 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM at weekends; the listings, last checked in July 2026, don’t yet record showers or equipment (Basic-Fit website; all 14 clubs).

Before you go: carry a debit card, and check your club’s weekend closing time.

3. Neoness — €10–€15, priced by branch

  1. Neoness Bourse-OpéraNeoness21 Rue de la Banque, Paris10.00 EUR day passShowersChecked Jun 2026€10–€15 a day at 13 central clubs, with a €39 week pass reported.

Neoness sells day passes at the front desk of its 13 Paris clubs, from Châtelet to Montparnasse, every one open 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM daily. Most charge €15; Bourse-Opéra and République charge €10, also sell through the Neoness app, and require indoor shoes and a towel (official Bourse-Opéra page). A €39 week pass was reported at Châtelet-Montorgueil and Bourse-Opéra in December 2025. For lifting, an April 2026 review praises the free weights and squat racks at Neoness La Motte-Picquet; the Neoness chain page lists every club.

Before you go: buy while reception is staffed. A March 2026 reviewer at Châtelet-Montorgueil says staff close early.

4. Fitness Park — €15–€20, long hours and a lifting zone

  1. Fitness Park DiderotFitness Park60-62 Bd Diderot, Paris15.00 EUR day passShowersChecked Sep 2026From €15, with long hours and a lifting zone at Montmartre.

Fitness Park prices its desk pass by club: €15 at Diderot, by Gare de Lyon (a tourist’s May 2026 review), and €20 at Place de Clichy (a July 2025 review, so confirm it). Montmartre has a powerlifting and weightlifting zone, according to its website, and a June 2026 reviewer quoted €30 for a week; République is listed as open 24 hours, and most others 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM. The Diderot tourist was refused a second visit at a busy time, and a September 2025 review found half the Place de Clichy machines broken (official Diderot page; all 8 clubs).

Before you go: aim for a quieter hour, and at République ask when the desk sells passes.

5. RITM — €30 for premium clubs with classes

  1. RITM Champs Elysées - Salle de Sport Paris 8RITM76 Av. des Champs-Élysées, Paris30.00 EUR day passChecked Sep 2026€30 for a premium club with classes, on the Champs-Élysées and in the 5e and 15e.

RITM’s own price list gives a €30 day pass valid at the club of your choice, bought in the club, and an €89 week pass, across RITM Champs-Élysées at 76 Avenue des Champs-Élysées, RITM Saint-Germain on Boulevard Saint-Germain (5e) and RITM La Motte-Picquet (15e). All three list 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM on weekdays and shorter hours at weekends. A September 2024 reviewer praised the Champs-Élysées classes and trainers; at Saint-Germain, reviewers from 2024–26 describe mouldy showers and a sauna closed for financial reasons (official site; chain page).

Before you go: the price is the same at every club, so pick one by its recent reviews.

6. Club Grenelle — €30 with the pool, sauna and classes

  1. Club Grenelle8 Rue Frémicourt, Paris30.00 EUR day passSaunaPoolChecked Sep 2026€30 covers classes, the sauna, hammam, a towel and the only listed pool in Paris.

Club Grenelle, at 8 Rue Frémicourt in the 15e, sells its €30 day pass at the front desk; the gym’s own price list says it covers classes, the weights floor, changing rooms with sauna and hammam, a towel and the pool. It lists 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM on weekdays, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM on Saturdays and 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM on Sundays. Reviewers in 2023–24 found the machines old and the pool and hammam in need of renovation (official site).

Before you go: plan a weekend visit around the earlier closing times.

7. SEMPER wellness — €50 for saunas and a hammam

  1. SEMPER wellness25 Rue de Ponthieu, Paris50.00 EUR day passSaunaChecked Sep 2026€50, the top price, for saunas and a hammam more than a big weights floor.

SEMPER wellness, at 25 Rue de Ponthieu in the 8e, charges €50 for a day pass at the front desk, the highest listed price in Paris on Daily Sweat. A July 2026 reviewer thought that steep for a small gym with light machines and not enough plates; others, between November 2025 and May 2026, praise the always-hot sauna, red-light sauna, hammam and fresh towels. It lists 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM on weekdays and 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM at weekends (official site).

Before you go: ask exactly what the €50 includes before you pay.

Where to train, by neighbourhood

Choose by location first: a €15 pass round the corner can beat a €9.99 trial across the city once you add return transport and a towel or padlock. The Paris gym map shows which is closest to your hotel.

  • The Marais and Châtelet: Neoness Châtelet-Montorgueil (€15), or Keepcool on Rue du Petit Musc (€39.99 a week). Two Cercles de la Forme listings here were last checked in January 2024; this may have changed.
  • Opéra and the Grands Boulevards: Neoness Bourse-Opéra (€10), Basic-Fit on Rue de la Chaussée d’Antin (€11.99), easyGym Grands Boulevards (€15).
  • Saint-Germain and the Latin Quarter: Basic-Fit on Rue du Vieux Colombier (€11.99), RITM Saint-Germain (€30).
  • Montparnasse: Basic-Fit (€11.99), Neoness Montparnasse (€15).
  • Bastille and République: L’Appart Fitness (€9.99), Neoness (€10–€15).
  • Montmartre and the 18e: L’Appart Fitness by Jules Joffrin (€9.99), Neoness Montmartre-Marcadet (€15), Fitness Park Place de Clichy (€20).
  • Champs-Élysées and the 8e: Basic-Fit (€11.99), RITM (€30), SEMPER wellness (€50).
  • Grenelle and La Motte-Picquet (15e): Neoness (€15), Club Grenelle and RITM (€30).

Lifting? Of the 57 listings, 8 record free weights, 3 a power rack, 7 showers, 4 a sauna and 1 a pool (a blank usually means unconfirmed, not missing). Look at Fitness Park Montmartre, Neoness La Motte-Picquet or Rem-Gym in the 19e (€20, with dumbbells up to 70 kg); Keepcool’s Marcadet and Monceau listings record no free weights, so its clubs suit cardio and machines better. How much does a gym day pass cost in Paris?

A gym day pass in Paris costs €9.99 to €50, typically €15, as of September 2026. That covers the 41 of Daily Sweat’s 57 Paris day-pass gyms with a listed price, and three things drive the difference:

  • What’s included. Club Grenelle’s €30 covers the pool, sauna, hammam, classes and a towel.
  • The branch. Neoness charges €10 at two clubs and €15 at the rest; Fitness Park €15 at Diderot and €20 at Place de Clichy.
  • The type of pass. L’Appart Fitness’s €9.99 is a trial session, refunded if you join.

Two mid-range gyms not featured above: easyGym Grands Boulevards charged €15 in a May 2025 review, and Cercles de la Forme near Gare de Lyon charged €20 in a May 2026 review. Keepcool, Liberty Gym and ON AIR Voltaire sell passes but have no price captured yet, so ask at the desk.

Each gym’s page shows where its price came from and when it was last checked — confirm before you travel, especially in peak season.

Buying a pass: what to know

Pay at the desk — or the kiosk at Basic-Fit

Of the 57 listings, 43 sell passes at the front desk, and none is marked cash-only. Basic-Fit’s 14 clubs sell the pass with a debit card at the orange kiosk by the entrance. Elsewhere, arrive while reception is staffed: a March 2026 reviewer says staff at Neoness Châtelet-Montorgueil close early, a November 2023 visitor to Neoness Saint-Lazare waited 30 minutes to buy a day pass, and weekend hours are shorter at many clubs.

What the pass leaves out

Bring indoor shoes, a towel and a padlock. Of the 57 listings, 2 require indoor shoes and a towel — Neoness Bourse-Opéra and Neoness République — and a reviewer at Neoness Austerlitz advises bringing a towel and a lock. Our carry-on gym packing list covers the rest of your kit, and how to find a gym day pass while travelling explains the wider method.

One message settles most of it

Hello, I’m visiting Paris and would like to train on [date]. Do you sell a day pass, and how much is it? Do I need indoor shoes, a towel or a padlock?
In French: “Vous proposez une entrée à la journée ?” (“Do you sell a day pass?”)

Day pass or weekly pass?

If you’ll train three or more times, look at a week pass: at Neoness Châtelet-Montorgueil and RITM, three day passes already cost more than a week. As of September 2026, 6 of the 57 Paris day-pass gyms on Daily Sweat list one:

  • Fitness Park Montmartre: €30 a week, from a June 2026 review.
  • Neoness Châtelet-Montorgueil: €39 a week, against €15 for a day.
  • Keepcool on Rue du Petit Musc: €39.99 a week, from an August 2026 review. Keepcool sells day and week passes at its Paris clubs.
  • RITM: €89 a week at each of its 3 clubs, against €30 for a day.

The same €39 Neoness week was also reported at Bourse-Opéra in December 2025; there a day costs €10, so the week only pays off from your fourth visit. At Keepcool Saint-Germain, an April 2026 visitor asking for a day pass was quoted €40, which may have been the week rate, so ask which pass a price covers. Our guide to day, weekly and monthly passes shows how to find the break-even point.
