1. Bodytrainer Gym Condesa — early starts on a budget
Bodytrainer Gym Condesa, at Av. Insurgentes Sur 428, sells day entry at the front desk for about MX$100, according to a traveller review from March 2026; another review that month reports MX$300 for one week. Listed hours are 4:30 AM – 11:30 PM Monday to Friday and 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM at weekends.
2. Snap Fitness Torre Latino — a cheap session in Centro Histórico
Snap Fitness Torre Latino sells a MX$100 day pass at the front desk, according to traveller reviews from July 2026 and December 2025. Listed hours are 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM Monday to Friday and 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM on Saturday, and it’s closed on Sunday. See the Snap Fitness chain page for its branches.

Smart Fit, with 11 of the 42 listings the most-listed chain in the city on Daily Sweat, sells a one-day pass at the front desk: MX$170 at Smart Fit Roma Norte in November 2025 (5:00 AM – 11:00 PM on weekdays) and MX$179 at Smart Fit Pabellón Cuauhtémoc (Roma Sur; 6:00 AM – midnight on weekdays) in May 2026, according to traveller reviews. The price varies by club, and the listings describe the pass as valid into the next morning (official sites: Roma Norte, Pabellón Cuauhtémoc). 4. FUN & FIT Fitness Center Roma — free weights over three levels

5. Fitness Rep Mx — calisthenics and functional training in Condesa
Fitness Rep Mx, at Av. Tamaulipas 103, sells a MX$299 day pass at the front desk, according to the gym’s own price list, which also offers seven consecutive days for MX$999. Listed hours are 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM on weekdays and 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM at weekends (official site).
6. qi Body & Mind Fitness — the top of the price range
qi Body & Mind Fitness, at Ámsterdam 317 in Hipódromo, charges MX$450 for a day pass and MX$2,000 for a week at the front desk, according to a July 2026 traveller review whose author considered the prices too high. Listed hours are 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM Monday to Thursday, with shorter hours on Friday and at weekends (official site). Daily Sweat lists it under the Mind Fitness chain.
7. UFC Gym — a day pass you can buy online
UFC Gym in Polanco (Av. Homero 440) and UFC Gym Insurgentes in Juárez (Av. Insurgentes Sur 64) sell a day pass through UFC Gym Mexico’s official site (buy online), though no price was captured. Insurgentes, a general fitness gym with weights and coached classes, is the only one of the 42 listings where Daily Sweat records online purchase. Both list 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM Monday to Thursday, with shorter hours from Friday to Sunday; the UFC Gym chain page lists its branches.
8. Sports World — showers and a sauna after training
Sports World Condesa, at Av Sonora 180-C, sells day entry at the front desk, but the current price wasn’t captured; traveller reviews from November 2025 and January 2025 describe the towels, showers and sauna. Sports World Anzures, at Leibnitz 117, also sells a day pass at reception; a November 2025 reviewer found it steep. Both clubs open until 11:00 PM Monday to Thursday (official site), and the Sports World chain page lists its clubs.

Facility details are thin: of the 42 listings, 2 confirm free weights, 2 showers, 2 a sauna, 1 a pool and none a power rack. For strength, try FUN & FIT or Arnol’s Gym Centro (free weights; price not captured); for showers and a sauna, Sports World Condesa. Buying a pass: what to know
Walk in and register at the desk
41 of the 42 sell at the front desk, and none offers a free trial. The main hurdle is registration at Smart Fit, which has 11 of the 42 listings: expect a long form, your passport number and a fingerprint, and ask exactly when the one-day pass expires the next morning. None of the 42 is marked cash-only, and a May 2026 visitor reports that Central Fit Gym accepts Visa contactless; at Central Fit, use the gym on the second floor, not the CrossFit business above.
What the pass leaves out
No listing records an indoor-shoe or towel rule, and none is women-only. Check today’s hours on the gym’s page: weekend hours are shorter at all eight featured gyms, Tribu Fitness Condesa opens only 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM on weekdays, and Snap Fitness Torre Latino, Tribu and Gym 13 are closed on Sunday.
