Well equipped for heavy work with plenty of machines, dumbbells and racks, though only two kettlebell weights and few mats. BRING INDOOR SHOES — street shoes are not allowed, as is normal in the region. Drinks and protein sold; one reviewer found the showers locked, so ask.”
