WARNING: reviewers came for the advertised air-con and found it off during a June 2026 heat wave — strong fans only; one calls the building old and the bathrooms bad. Equipment itself is well maintained but light on heavy plates. No water fountain inside, the dispenser is downstairs past the turnstile.”
